Our goal is to keep every customer satisfied. We understand in some instances wine may spoil under natural circumstances. If this is the case we will arrange to have the items replaced for the same item or an item of equal or greater value where the buyer will pay the difference in prices.

If you simply choose to return unopened wine you may do so minus the cost of shopping and a 15% restocking fee.

Because we can't gaurentee wine will be properly stored after shipment we will only accept returns up to 30 days after purchase.
